This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you visit our websites www.nobelcom.com / www.enjoyprepaid.com (the "Site"), use our mobile application (each an "App"), or use our online services (the Site, App, and online services are collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Statement also explains how NobelApp may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it. This includes any information you choose to provide that is deemed sensitive under applicable law.

Information You Provide
NobelApp collects personal information from you when you choose to share it with us to use our Service, create an online account with us, request information from us, sign up for newsletters or our email list, participate in a survey or promotion, or otherwise contact us. The personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, contact’s information, address book, phone number, birthday, anniversary, gender, languages spoken, photo/image, video, geolocation information, mobile device identifier and, if you are a NobelApp customer, credit/debit card number or other financial information or any other info you choose to provide. You may be required to provide certain personal information to create your NobelApp account. We may combine the information you provide to us with information from and about you that we automatically collect when you use the Service, from third parties, or other online sources.

Information Automatically Collected
We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or other technologies to collect certain information about visitors to and users of our Service, and interactions with our emails and online or mobile advertisements. For example, we may automatically collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your CPUID, browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, software version, and the domain name from which you accessed the Service. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behaviour, such as the date and time you visit the Service, the areas or pages of the Service that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing or using the Service, the number of times you return to the Service, other click-stream or site usage data, emails that you open, forward or click-through to our Service. Information Collected From Other Sources
We may obtain information about you from other sources, including social networks that you use to connect with NobelApp. This information may include name, user name, demographic information, updated contact information, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media and online activity. We may combine this information with the information we collect from and about you to help us tailor our communications to you and to improve our Service.
A copy of phone numbers in your address book (excluding emails, notes, names or other Personal Information in your address book) will be stored on our servers and will be exclusively used to: (i) notify you when a contact becomes a NobelApp user, (ii) inform you which of your contacts are active on NobelApp, (iii) sync your contacts with NobelApp mobile or desktop.
Newsletter

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name, email address and phone number, in order to receive commercial sms, or email. We send all new customers a welcoming email to verify password and username. Customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time following the instructions provided in these emails or sms-es.

Why We Collect Information
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, share, and otherwise process the information we have about you for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

As necessary to provide the Services and fulfil our obligations pursuant to the End User Licence Agreement.
Where you have consented to the processing, which you can revoke at any time. For example, you may consent to the processing of phone contacts information;
Where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise and defend legal claims;
To protect your vital interests, or those of others, such as in the case of emergencies;
Where you have made the information public;
Where necessary in the public interest; and
Where necessary for the purposes of NobelApp’s or a third party’s legitimate interests, such as those of visitors, members or partners.

Our Legitimate Interests
We process your information in furtherance of our legitimate interests, including:

Providing and improving the Services, including any personalized Services. We do so as it is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests of providing and developing innovative and tailored offerings to our members on a sustained basis; and
Keeping the Services safe and secure. We do so as it is necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of NobelApp and its members in ensuring the Services are secure, and to protect against fraud, spam and abuse, etc.

INFORMATION USE
NobelApp may use the information we collect from and about you for any of the following purposes:

To fulfil orders, provide service and communicate with customers;
To develop new products or services;
To respond to your inquiries;
To provide you with customized Service content, targeted offers, and advertising on the Service or on other sites;
To contact you with information, newsletters and promotional materials from NobelApp or on behalf of our partners and affiliates;

NobelApp may disclose the information we collect from and about you as follows: (1) to our Service Providers, if the disclosure will enable them to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of the NobelApp End User Licence Agreement or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement or regulatory agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (4) as described to you at the point of collection. Except as described in this Privacy Statement, we will not share, sell, rent, or lease your personal information to a third party for its own use.
NobelApp may share aggregate or anonymous non-personal information with third parties.
Also, NobelApp may sell or purchase assets during the normal course of our business. If another entity acquires us or any of our assets, information we have collected about you may be transferred to such entity. In addition, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, such information may be considered an asset of ours and may be sold or transferred to third parties. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to require that the transferee use personal information provided through this Service in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Statement.

EU MEMBERS RIGHTS
If you are habitually located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, download or erase your information, as well as the right to restrict and object to certain processing of your information. Object
Where we process your information based on our legitimate interests explained above, or in the public interest, you can object to this processing in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will cease processing your information unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing or where it is needed for legal reasons.

Revoke Consent
Where you have previously provided your consent, such as to permit us to process data about you, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your information at any time. You can do this from the app, or in case you are not able to do it yourself, please contact us at help@nobelcom.com. In certain cases, we may continue to process your information after you have withdrawn consent if we have a legal basis to do so or if your withdrawal of consent was limited to certain processing activities.

NobelApp shares information globally, both internally within The Group of Companies, and externally with businesses, service providers, and partners and with those you communicate with around the world. Your information may, for example, be transferred or transmitted to, or stored and processed in the United States or other countries outside of where you live for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Information
We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until you ask us to delete it or your account is deleted whichever comes first.
Information about you that is no longer necessary and relevant to provide our Services may be de-identified and aggregated with other non-personal data to provide insights which are commercially valuable to NobelApp, such as statistics of the use of the Services.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
NobelApp may contract with third parties to perform functions related to the Service ("Service Providers"). Service Providers will have access to your information needed to perform their business functions, but may not use or share that information for other purposes.

PUBLIC FORUMS
